TURKISH DELIGHT / 12 DAYS 11 NIGHTS
DAY 1: ISTANBUL

Welcome to Istanbul-Turkey Arrive to Istanbul Airport, transfer to your hotel and stay overnight.

DAY 2: ISTANBUL

Let’s start to explore Istanbul. First visiting is Hippodrome. It was the center of sport activities of Constantinople. Famous with 4 monuments, The German Fountain of Wilhelm II, Egyptian Obelisk, Serpentine Column, Column of Constantine.

Haghia Sophia, is the most famous museum in Turkey and one of the greatest marvels of architecture. Haghia Sophia was built as a church in the 6th century by Emperor Justinian then in 1453 renovated into a mosque by Ottoman Emperor Fatih Sultan Mehmet. It was converted into a museum in 1935 and welcoming both local and foreign visitors. (Closed on Monday)

Blue Mosque, as known as the Sultanahmet Mosque, this breath-taking building is one of the most majestic Ottoman Mosques in all of Turkey. Also it was built with unique 6 minarets. (Closed on Friday)

Topkapi Palace, which has been home to the Ottoman dynasty for many years, was used educational administrative and art center of state. Get knowledge about the imperial treasury sacred islamic relics, palace kitchens, weapons. (Closed on Tuesday)

Grand Bazaar, is the biggest market and the most attractive shopping center of Istanbul which has lots of shopping oppurtunities with carpets, leather, jewellery, turkish delight, gold, antiquetiles etc.. (Closed on Sunday)

DAY 3: ANKARA

Early in the morning pick up from Istanbul hotel and transfer to Airport. Flight to Ankara. Visit, Anatolian Civilizations Museums and Mousaleum of Atatürk in Ankara. After that depart to Cappadocia, on the way visiting Salt Lake.

Stay overnight in Cappadocia.

DAY 4: CAPPADOCIA

After breakfast, start Cappadocia full-day tour. We visit Goreme Open-Air Museum which is member of UNESCO World Heritage consisting of five Byzantine Orthodox churches. After we visit Uchisar Castle, which has many room shollowed out into the rock are connected to each other with stairs, tunnels and passages.

After lunch break, a visit to Pasabagi (Monks Valley) the mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys with twin and even triple rock caps are very unique even for Cappadocia. Also visit Avanos (Pottery).

The last stop is Devrent Valley which is famous for its unique landscape.

End of tour back to hotel and stay overnight in Cappadocia.

DAY 5: CAPPADOCIA-KUSADASI

After breakfast, you will be picked up by our guide from your hotel. We visit Cavusin Village (Rose Valley), The Fairy Chimneys looks like mushrooms. Amazing churhes, Christian’s history. After we visit Ortahisar Castle similiar to Uchisar Castle in style where storage caves can also be observed.

After having time for lunch, visit Kaymakli Underground City where early Christians lived in fear and faith. On the way back, visit to Panaromic Pigeon Valley where pigeons contributed to the lives of locals with their manure to fertilize the vineyards.

End of tour drive to airport. Flight to Izmir. Stay overnight in Kusadasi.

DAY 6: EPHESUS

After breakfast visiting Ephesus. Ephesus Ancient City contains, The Odeon, The Basilica, The Temple Of Domitian, The Hercules Gate, The Curetes Street, The Fountain Of Trojan, The Temple Of Hadrian, The House Of Love, Library of Celcus – the ancient third largest library, the second largest theatre on the world, the Marble Street and the Harbour Street.

Temple of Artemis, is located near Ephesus and was built in 6th century. It was before Seven Wonders of the world.

The House of Virgin Mary, is located top of the Ephesus and 9km far away. The places where Virgin Mary has spent her last days and the Shrine of Virgin Mary pleasures wonderful atmosphere latent in the green.

End of tour stay overnight in Kusadasi.

DAY 7: PAMUKKALE

After breakfast depart to Pamukkale. Pamukkale in Aegean Turkey is also called the “Cotton Castle”, because of the white cotton appearance of the mineral bath spas that abound the province, which is rich in calcium. Known as a “spa town” since the Roman era, tourists travel to Pamukkale to relax in warm, soothing and therapeutic waters in the myriad spas. Hierapolis or “Holy City” evangelized by Paul and Epaphras. Also the Apostle Philip lived and burried here. What makes Hierapolis different from most places on Earth is that it is not built on land, neither on water, but on limestone deposits above the mineral springs in the area. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site because of the ruins that are littered all over the city, including the necropolis that houses the sarcophagi of important ancient figures like Marcus Aurelius.

After the tour, go to Kusadasi and stay overnight.

DAY 8: PERGAMON

In the morning leave from Kusadasi and continue to Pergamon. Pergamon, a most memorable experience will be Pergamon with its Acrapolis and Great Theatre, Altar of Zeus, Red Basilica (Once pagan temple then converted Christian church) then visit Asclepion the famous medical center of Antiquity.

End of tour, stay overnight in Canakkale.

DAY 9: TROY

After breakfast, Troy tour will begin. You visit famous Trojan Horse, Troy Ancient Ruins, Odeon, City Walls, the Scaean Gate, Sanctuary, Roman Bath. You get inform about histories, memories, Troy Wars and more about it by our tour guide.

End of tour, stay overnight in Bursa.

DAY 10: BURSA

In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel and start to discover city of Bursa. Bursa was the first capital city of Ottoman Empire. First visiting is Ulucami as known as Great Mosque which dates back to 13th Century. Then drive to Tophane, where you can see all Bursa city view and Osman and Orhangazi Tombs. The yare the founder of Ottoman Empire. Also you have oppurtunity to see famous Old Bazaar of Bursa City (Kozahan). Last visiting is will be Green Tomb.

After tour, drive back to Istanbul. Stay overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 11: ISTANBUL

You will be picked up by tour guide from your hotel in the morning and go to visit Spicy Bazaar that you can buy delightful and lovely presents for your family and mates. After that you have Bosphorus tour by boat and see Ciragan Palace, Ortakoy Mosque, Rumeli Fortress. At the afternoon, visit Dolmabahce Palace which was built in 19th century is one of the glamorous palace on the World. It was the administrative center of late Ottoman Empire with the last of Ottoman Sultans was staying there. The first parliament convened in the grand hall. Atatürk died in there too. Bezmiâlem Valide Sultan Mosque is located next to Dolmabahce Palace. Sultan Abdülmecid made for his mother Bezm-i Alem Valide Sultan. End of tour back to hotel and stay overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 12: ISTANBUL

Free time till departure flight. Transfer to Istanbul Airport and fly back to your home.
